# Champion Driving – Terms & Conditions **Effective Date:** 12 July 2026 These Terms & Conditions apply to all driving lessons and services provided by Champion Driving. By booking a lesson, you agree to these terms. ## 1. Bookings Lessons are subject to availability and are only confirmed once agreed between the instructor and the pupil. ## 2. Payments Payment must be made by the agreed method before or at the time of the lesson unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change at any time, but any changes will not affect lessons that have already been booked and paid for. ## 3. Cancellations If you need to cancel or rearrange a lesson, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible. Champion Driving reserves the right to charge for lessons cancelled at short notice. Champion Driving may cancel or reschedule lessons due to circumstances outside of our control, including illness, adverse weather, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen events. ## 4. Refunds Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the discretion of Champion Driving. Refunds will not normally be issued for lessons that have already taken place or for missed appointments. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. ## 5. Pupil Responsibilities Pupils are responsible for: * Providing accurate personal information. * Holding the appropriate provisional or full driving licence for the lesson. * Bringing their driving licence if requested. * Informing the instructor of any medical condition or circumstance that may affect their ability to drive safely. * Arriving on time for scheduled lessons. ## 6. Safety Champion Driving reserves the right to end or refuse a lesson if the instructor believes it is unsafe to continue, including where a pupil is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves in an abusive manner, or presents a safety risk. ## 7. Lesson Duration Lessons will normally begin and end at the agreed times. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control may result in reasonable adjustments where appropriate. ## 8. Liability Champion Driving will take reasonable care in providing driving tuition but shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the provision of lessons, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. ## 9. Personal Data Personal information will be handled in accordance with Champion Driving's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation. ## 10. Changes to These Terms Champion Driving reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will apply to future bookings and will be made available upon request or published on our website. ## 11.
